Cancellation Policy
I understand from time-to-time unforeseeable circumstances arise and you may need to cancel your appointment.
However, to maintain a high level of efficiency and convenience for all my clients, can i please ask you to give a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Any changes made after this cut off point will require a rebooking fee of £20 to reschedule the appointment.
No shows on the day will be charged £30

Refund Policy
Please note that Hyde Park Laser
Clinic does not offer any refunds for any treatments received or any courses purchased in advance.
However if you change your mind in regards to a treatment within 14 days of payment and no sessions have been redeemed we are happy to exchange for another treatment or offer you a credit note which will have a 12 month expiry from the date of issue.
If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments please obtain a medical record or report from your doctor. The unredeemed sessions will be refunded proportionally.
Laser Booking Policy.
CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE, HOWEVER A £20 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TREATMENT COST.
IF MORE THAN 48HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN TO RESCHEDULE, DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE.
IF LESS THEN 48HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AGAIN FOR A NEW BOOKING.
IF YOU ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
